Battlefield, Missouri

For this project we did the kitchen and the utility room counters, new sinks in both, new faucets in both, and installed a white subway tile in both as well.

We were able to go directly over the laminate as it was in good shape. With a quality bonding primer down as the base, and a white undercoat, epoxy is an easy third layer. As many kitchen do, this kitchen had a counter matching back lip that climbs up the wall about 3 to 4 inches. This should typically be removed (it is usually just caulked to wall) as epoxy is not recommended to be poured on vertical surfaces. Our client wanted it removed and the new backsplash installed all the way down to the new counters.
