All of our charcuterie boards are sealed with butcher block oils making them water tight. Liquids bead on our boards.
Our boards should be cleaned just like you would clean a regular wood board, never in the dishwasher, and resealed regularly with a food safe oil.
Epoxy is food safe to eat from, but not to ingest. Please do not cut on the epoxy portions of the boards. By purchasing, you agree to use the board as intended.
